1. Services

Our spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs include live workshops, coaching sessions, and retreats designed to enhance personal and professional development.

1.1 Booking and Payment

Full payment is due upon booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

1.2 Refunds and Rescheduling

Refunds: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the service start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 30 days before the service start date, due to the personalized nature of our coaching and limited availability. In lieu, you may reschedule your service to another date within the same calendar year at no additional cost, subject to availability.

2. Infoproducts

Digital courses, e-books, and webinars purchased on LeaderSpiritPath.com.

2.1 Access and Delivery

Access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase via your account dashboard.

2.2 Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase and only if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. After 14 days or if more than 10% of the content has been accessed, no refunds will be issued.

3. Goods

Physical products such as workbooks, journals, and merchandise sold through our online store.

3.1 Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times vary by location.

3.2 Returns and Exchanges

You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt. Customers may also exchange items for store credit or other merchandise, subject to availability.
